- LETTER OF INVITATION
The Congress secretariat will send a letter of invitation on request. The letter is intended to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.
- BADGES
Coloured badges will be used during the conference for identification purposes and admission to session venues. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badges which will be made available upon registration.
- LIABILITY
The local organizing committee is not responsible for personal accidents or damages to private properties of participants. The participants must make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
- DISCLAIMER
