Eligibility to Exhibit	The Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application on its sole discretion. The following general areas are eligible; dental equipment, dental materials dental machines and miscellaneous related products and services.
Booth Fee	Standard Shell scheme (3 x 3 square meters). Fee up to 31st October, 2009 - US$ 3,000 per stall. Fee after 1st November, 2009 - US$ 3,600 per stall. 50 % of deposit is required upon submission of Exhibition / sponsorship application form. Balance payment must be made by 1 December, 2009. Accessories available on payment of extra fee
Terms of Refund	All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat on or before 1st December 2009. 50% of the total sponsorship fee will be deducted as administrative expenses. All refunds will be issued in 30 days after the Congress. No refund after 1st December 2009.
