1. The local Organizing Committee reserves the right of final decision regarding allocation of exhibition booths.
   
   
2. The local Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes on exhibition venue and floor plan should the need arises.
   
   
3. The local Organizing Committee is not responsible for personal accidents and damage to private property of exhibitors. The exhibitors may make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
   
   
4. Exhibitors are free to select any contractor and / or forwarder at their own discretion. For an efficient and regulated flow inside the Congress venue building, the organizer appointed the Official Forwarder as a sole forwarder for material transfer. If your company has a local; forwarding team, please contact Congress Secretariat to apply for an exemption.
