It is indeed an honor and a great privilege to welcome you to the 32nd   Asia Pacific Dental Congress (APDC) to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 12th -16th  May 2010.

Under the theme "Clinical Excellence in Dentistry, through knowledge, evidence and new technology", the Chairman of the Scientific Committee has lined up an excellent academic programme aiming the general dental practitioner, covering the broader topics in Dental Implantology, Fixed Prosthesis, Aesthetic Dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Ceramics, Advances in Periodontology, Oral Diseases and Minor Oral surgery. Further, more advance sessions have been organized for those scientists and researchers to share their knowledge and to present their research findings. The Organizing Committee has arranged lectures, symposia, seminars and workshops to be conducted by world reputed experts in the field to ensure the imparting of new knowledge and techniques to participants that will have a direct impact on their day to day clinical practice and specialized knowledge.

Sri Lanka has been the proud host of several international Dental Conferences including the APDC in 1997, South Asian Dental Congress in 1994 and the Commonwealth Dental Congress in 2006. As such, the LOC has the knowledge and ability to organize this conference to your full satisfaction. In addition to updating knowledge and skills in dentistry, the Asia Pacific Dental Conference in Sri Lanka, would give the participants and opportunity to be engaged in leisure activities such as golfing, visiting wild life parks, relaxing on beautiful beaches and more.
